Service Terms and Conditions
- This Terms and Conditions defines the general conditions, rules, and the manner of providing: a. services related to placing an Order for the rental Service; b. Services provided electronically, e.g., newsletter, sending messages via the contact form through the inarent.pl website (hereinafter referred to as the Internet Service), by the company conducting business under the name INA MANAGEMENT SP.Z O.O., registered in the Entrepreneurs' Register kept by the District Court for Gdańsk, VII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000743606, at the address: ul. Jana Heweliusza 9, 80-890 Gdańsk, NIP: 5833317195, hereinafter referred to as INA Rent.
- Contact with INA Rent can be made via: a. traditional mail at the address: ul. Jana Heweliusza 9, 80890 Gdańsk; b. email at: KONTAKT@INARENT.PL; c. phone: +4858 38 002 38 d. via the contact form available on the Website.
- This Terms and Conditions is continuously and free of charge made available by INA Rent on the inarent.pl website, in a manner enabling Clients to acquire, reproduce and store its content by printing or saving it on a data carrier at any time using the IT system the Client uses.
- All rights to the Internet Service, including proprietary copyrights, intellectual property rights to its name, domain, website of the Service, as well as to forms, logos, and all content published and shared within the Service belong to INA Rent, and their use may only occur in the manner specified and consistent with the Terms and Conditions.
- INA Rent informs that using Services provided electronically may involve risks on the part of any Client regarding the Internet, involving the possibility of introducing harmful software into the Client's IT system and obtaining and modifying their data by unauthorized persons. To avoid such risks, Clients should use appropriate technical measures to minimize their occurrence, especially antivirus programs and firewall protection.
- Tourist voucher – Polish Tourist Voucher as defined by the Act of July 15, 2020, on the Polish Tourist Voucher (Journal of Laws 2021.839 with later amendments);
- Working days – days from Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays;
- Availability – means that the Room or Apartment is available and the Client can rent the Room or Apartment from INA Rent at the chosen time;
- Calendar – through the Calendar, the Client can check the Availability of the Room or Apartment;
- Client – a natural person having full legal capacity, a natural person running a business, a legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality who can use the Services available on the Website;
- Civil Code – the Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93 with amendments);
- Consumer – a Client who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 22[1] of the Civil Code;
- Entrepreneur – a Client who is an entrepreneur within the meaning of Article 43[1] of the Civil Code;
- Room or Apartment – premises or residential unit described on the Website that can be rented by the Client;
- Reception – the Client reception point of INA Rent located at addresses:

- Terms and Conditions – this document;
- Object Terms and Conditions – document created by INA Rent, which can be reviewed at the Object Reception; regulates the rules of using the Room or Apartment and the Client's liability for non-compliance with these rules, Object Terms and Conditions are annexed to these Terms and Conditions;
- Internet Service/Service – the internet service available at the inarent.pl domain owned and administered by INA Rent, through which Clients conclude a rental Agreement and agreements for providing electronic Services;
- Rental Agreement (Rental Agreement/Rental) – an Agreement under which INA Rent leases the Room or Apartment to the Client for a fee, for the period indicated by the Client when placing the Order, on the terms formulated in these Terms and Conditions in the chapter titled "VIII. Rules for concluding the Rental Agreement";
- Services – services provided by INA Rent electronically to Clients within the meaning of the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204 as amended);
- Additional Services – services other than Rental, provided by INA Rent to Clients, the scope and price of which are given on the Service pages; Consumer Rights Act – the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014, No. 827);
- The Act on providing electronic services – the Act of July 18, 2002, on providing electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204 as amended); Voucher – PDF document containing a code entitling to use the amount specified as a form of payment for Rental in the Service or to have the service described in the Voucher performed by INA Rent for the holder thereof, under the terms specified in these Terms and Conditions;
- Check-in – registration of the Client in the Room or Apartment at the Reception, involving filling out check-in forms prepared by INA Rent and handing over keys to the Room or Apartment; Order – the Client's declaration of intent aimed directly at concluding a Rental Agreement with INA Rent, under terms specified in the Terms and Conditions, in the chapter titled "VII. Rules for concluding the Rental Agreement";
- INA Rent enables Clients to use the Services it provides within the Service.
- Use of the Service may only take place under the terms and within the scope indicated in the Terms and Conditions and in accordance with the applicable law.
- Minimum technical requirements for using the Service: device with Internet access, access to email, latest version of a web browser with Cookies and JavaScript enabled, program for reading and saving PDF files.
- It is prohibited for the Client to use the Service or Services in a way that violates the law, good manners, personal rights of third parties, or justified interests of INA Rent, especially providing illegal content.
- Provision of Services is carried out under the terms defined in this document.
- INA Rent enables the use of the following free Services: a. browsing information posted on the Service, b. using the form allowing Clients to contact INA Rent, c. redirecting to external social media, d. providing the Calendar, e. providing the Newsletter Service; as well as paid Rental, Voucher, and Additional Services.
- Conditions for concluding and terminating service agreements are indicated in these Terms and Conditions in the subsection below.
- The Service agreement involving browsing information posted on the Service is concluded for a fixed term and terminates when the Client closes the Website.
- The Client can send messages to INA Rent using the form available on the Service. The agreement to provide the contact form service is concluded for a fixed term and terminates upon sending the message by the Client via the form.
- The agreement for redirecting to external social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn is concluded for a fixed term and terminates upon pressing the button with the icon of the given service.
- The agreement for providing the Calendar service is concluded for a fixed term and terminates upon pressing the dedicated button.
- The Client can receive commercial information from INA Rent in the form of messages sent to the email address provided by the User (Newsletter Service). To do this, a valid email address must be provided. The Client can withdraw consent to receive commercial information at any time. The newsletter is sent by INA Rent only to Clients who have subscribed.
- INA Rent has the right to organize occasional contests and promotional campaigns, the terms of which will be posted on the Service pages. Promotions on the Service are not combinable unless the Terms and Conditions of a given promotion state otherwise.
- INA Rent enables the conclusion of Rental Agreements through the Service.
- INA Rent provides the rental Service based on these Terms and Conditions and the Object Terms and Conditions.
- Information posted on the service about Rooms or Apartments, especially their descriptions, parameters, and prices, constitute an invitation to conclude an Agreement within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code. Some invitations may be marked as "Special Offers".
- In the case of Special Offers, INA Rent excludes any changes in the scope of Rental.
- The Client is obliged to pay the remuneration for providing the rental Service.
- The remuneration is payable in advance, within the deadline indicated on the Internet Service pages, during the Order placement.
- INA Rent may require the Client to pay a deposit in the amount indicated when placing the Order within 24 hours of placing the Order.
- The deposit paid by the Client is credited towards the remuneration.
- INA Rent may require the Client to pay a deposit of PLN 500 (hereinafter: "Deposit"). The Deposit serves as security for INA Rent's claims arising from the Rental Agreement, as well as security in case of contractual penalties due to non-compliance with the Object Terms and Conditions.
- The Deposit is secured by INA Rent by credit card pre-authorization, i.e., at the time of payment a temporary hold on funds up to the amount indicated on the Service website is made for later payment approval and settlement.
- In exceptional cases, INA Rent may agree with the Client to pay the Deposit by traditional bank transfer.
- Payment settlement occurs within 4 days after the end of the Rental Agreement, after deducting any amounts due to INA Rent. Before deductions, INA Rent will inform the Client in writing or by email about the event causing the deduction and the amount deducted.
- INA Rent enables the purchase of a Voucher via the Service.
- Information posted on the Service about Vouchers, especially their descriptions, technical and user parameters, and prices, constitute an invitation to conclude an Agreement, within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.
- The rules for concluding the Agreement are regulated in these Terms and Conditions in section VII entitled "Conclusion of the Agreement for the Rental Service or Voucher Service".
- Vouchers are sent to the Client via email.
- A Voucher can be redeemed within one year from the date of placing the Voucher Order.
- INA Rent is the sole issuer of Vouchers.
- The Voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
- INA Rent allows, via the Service, the conclusion of a Rental Agreement for a Room or Apartment or an Agreement for providing Voucher Service, in accordance with the information presented on the Service.
- The Rental Agreement may be concluded by an individual who is at least 18 years old and has full legal capacity, as well as by an Entrepreneur.
- INA Rent presents information to Clients regarding Rooms or Apartments, including the number of persons for which the Room or Apartment can be rented, and provides a Calendar to check the availability and price of rental for individual Rooms or Apartments.
- To place an Order, after checking availability using the Calendar for the specified period, the Client selects the Room or Apartment to rent, adds Additional Services via checkboxes, and then submits the Order using the Order form available on the Website.
- The Client can also place an Order for the Voucher service using the Calendar. To do so, the Client selects the type of Voucher they wish to order and then places the Order via the Order form on the Website.
- The Order is submitted electronically to INA Rent and constitutes an offer to conclude a Rental Agreement or Voucher Service Agreement as per the Order.
- The Order form is operated by INA Rent’s IT system provider, Profitroom S.A., based in Poznań, ul. Roosevelta 9, 60-829 Poznań, entered into the National Court Register maintained by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the KRS under number 0000793213; NIP: 525-24-23-458; REGON: 141374990.
- The Order submitted electronically binds the Client if INA Rent sends an order confirmation to the email address provided by the Client.
- The Agreement is concluded upon payment of the deposit or the full remuneration for the Rental Service or Voucher Service, depending on the type of Order placed.
- The Client may also place an Order for Rental or Voucher via email.
- Placing an Order on the Internet Service by sending an email occurs on Working days and during the hours indicated on the Website. The Client should: a) specify in the email to INA Rent the type of Voucher or Room/Apartment they wish to rent, the number of persons or animals using the Room or Apartment under Rental, select Additional Services they want; b) provide data necessary for Order fulfillment, including name, place of residence, email address, payment card number; c) indicate VAT invoice details if requested by INA Rent.
- INA Rent will each time inform the Client about the total order value mentioned above via email, along with notification that placing the Order implies an obligation to pay.
- For Clients who are Consumers, INA Rent will send confirmation of the ordered terms and payment obligation after order submission by email.
- The Agreement is concluded upon payment of the deposit by the Client or, in the case of Special Offers and Voucher, full remuneration.
- After concluding the Rental Service or Voucher Agreement, INA Rent confirms the terms to the Consumer by sending them to the Consumer’s email or mailing address.
- The Rental or Voucher Service Agreement is concluded in Polish, consistent with the Terms and Conditions.
- All payments the Client must bear related to the Rental Agreement or Voucher Service Agreement are stated in Polish zlotys (PLN) and include all components, including VAT.
- The Client may pay via: a. bank transfer to INA Rent’s bank account indicated on the Service (Order processing starts after INA Rent confirms the Order and receipt of funds); b. electronic payment via a payment system integrated with the Service (rental is possible after INA Rent receives payment confirmation); c. Tourist voucher.
- The Client must pay the deposit within 24 hours of placing the Order.
- If the deposit is not paid within the term above, the Agreement is considered not concluded.
- For Orders requiring a deposit, the Client may pay the remaining remuneration in cash no later than the start day of the Rental, unless INA Rent agrees otherwise.
- If the Client fails to pay the remaining remuneration after deposit payment, INA Rent may refuse Check-in.
- INA Rent allows the Client to make changes to the Rental Service no later than 5 days before the Rental start date.
- For Special Offers, the Client may not make changes to the Rental Service.
- To change the Rental, the Client contacts INA Rent via email indicating the change to the Rental Agreement or the IT system made available by INA Rent for concluding the Rental Agreement.
- INA Rent will check Room or Apartment availability and notify the Client by email within 2 days whether the change has been made.
- If due to unavailability the change cannot be made, INA Rent will enable the Client to withdraw from the Rental Agreement. These Terms apply to contractual withdrawal.
- A Client who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days without giving reason by submitting a relevant statement to INA Rent. The Client may draft the statement independently or use the template available on the Website (statutory right of withdrawal).
- INA Rent will confirm receipt of the withdrawal statement by email to the Consumer.
- According to the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw is excluded, among others, in cases: a. of Service agreements if INA Rent fully performed the Service with the Consumer’s express consent, after which the Consumer loses withdrawal rights; b. services related to accommodation other than for residential purposes, transport of goods, car rental, catering, leisure, entertainment, sports or cultural events if the day or period of service is specified in the contract.
- The right of withdrawal is also excluded in other cases specified in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.
- The statutory right of withdrawal is excluded in rental agreements.
- The Client may withdraw from the rental agreement no later than 14 days before the Rental starts (contractual right of withdrawal).
- If the Client uses the contractual withdrawal right, the paid deposit or remuneration is refunded within 7 days of withdrawal using the original payment method unless the Client agrees to another.
- The Client may withdraw later than 5 days before the Rental start but no later than 4 p.m. on the Rental start day. In such cases, INA Rent retains the deposit.
- Contractual withdrawal rights are excluded for Special Offers and after 4 p.m. on the Rental start day.
- Every Service Client must: a. use the Service in compliance with law, good manners and these Terms, respecting personal rights and intellectual property of third parties; b. provide accurate data and promptly inform INA Rent of any data changes; c. not use devices, software or methods disrupting the Service’s operation; d. not provide illegal content.
- Clients and persons granted access to the Room or Apartment must comply with the Object Terms and Conditions.
- Clients must check in no later than the Rental start day as indicated by INA Rent. After individual arrangement, late check-in may be permitted.
- If refusal to check in occurs within the designated term, INA Rent may terminate the Rental Agreement without notice.
- The Client may not conduct actions burdening INA Rent’s or other Clients’ inboxes, especially sending spam.
- Consumers have options for out-of-court complaint resolution, including: a. applying to permanent consumer arbitration courts at the Trade Inspection; b. requesting mediation at provincial Trade Inspection; c. free assistance from local consumer advisers or consumer protection organizations (e.g., Consumer Federation, Polish Consumer Association) via free hotlines and email; d. submit complaints via the EU ODR platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
- Client agrees to vacate the Room or Apartment by 10:00 a.m. on the last day of the Rental Agreement.
- The Room or Apartment with full set of keys must be returned to INA Rent in undamaged condition upon rental end.
- In case of lost keys, the Client shall pay a contractual penalty of PLN 350.
- Client is liable for damage caused by them or their accompanying persons in the Room or Apartment.
- INA Rent may deduct damage costs from the paid Deposit.
- Prior to deduction, INA Rent will inform the Client by email about the damage and deduction, providing supporting documentation.
- INA Rent may terminate the Rental Agreement without notice if the Client seriously or persistently breaches house rules or causes inconvenience to other tenants through inappropriate behavior.
- Serious breaches include: a. violating the night quiet hours; b. subletting or lending the Room or Apartment; c. exceeding the permitted number of occupants; d. violating Object Terms resulting in police or security intervention.
- In case of immediate termination, INA Rent retains the rental remuneration as a contractual penalty.
- Clients may file complaints regarding the Internet Service or Services with INA Rent in writing at INA MANAGEMENT SP. Z O.O., ul. J. Heweliusz 9, 80-890 Gdańsk, by email at kontakt@inarent.pl, or by phone at +48 58 38 002 38.
- Complaints should include Client’s name, correspondence address, type, and description of the issue.
- INA Rent will resolve complaints within 14 days or inform the Client in this period when the complaint will be decided. Any deficiencies will be requested to be corrected within 7 days.
- Personal data provided by Clients are collected and processed by INA Rent in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy available on the Website.
- The exclusive source of INA Rent’s obligations is this Terms and Conditions and mandatory laws.
- Provisions concerning withdrawal, complaints, and procedure for changes in the Terms applicable to Consumers also apply to individuals concluding agreements directly related to their business activity when not professional in nature as per registry data. Out-of-court dispute resolution provisions do not apply in these cases.
- The Terms and Conditions are available in Polish.
- Reproduction or publishing of the Terms or parts without written consent of INA Rent is prohibited.
- Unless otherwise required by law, Polish law governs disputes arising under these Terms.
- Disputes between INA Rent and Consumer Clients are subject to courts according to civil procedure regulations.
- Disputes with Entrepreneur Clients (excluding sole proprietors without professional nature) are subject to the court competent for INA Rent's registered office.
- Unregulated matters are governed by the Civil Code, Electronic Services Act, Consumer Rights Act, and other Polish laws.
- These Terms may change. Consumers will be informed via the main page of the Service with change details and effective date, no less than 14 days after publication.
